My client offers consumer data and insight services to video game companies, they are experts at building reports and interpreting the trends that shape the video games industry for consumers around the world.

Working exclusively with Hardy Search and Selection they are offering a role pivotal to their future growth and success. The Senior Data Integrity and Process Manager will have a background as a technical project manager, technical product manager, data manager or operations manager and will be an excellent people manager.

The role is not to analyse the data but is to ensure the processes are the most efficient moving forwards which will take a good understanding of technical requirements and the systems that are available to make this happen.

Responsibilities

You need to consistently measure internal ROI to implement better procedures and maintain data integrity to allow the company to meet it's business goals. You should look to generate internal strategies, better policies and documentation that are associated with processes. Offer ongoing guidance and mentor your team as well as giving company direction and offering support to other staff that may not always report to you.

Lead Admin department and oversee operations of the company's internal processes
o Resource management
o Highlighting processing problems and offering solutions
o Guiding, directing and evaluating the work of admin staff
o Build 2nd tier management structure
o Data integrity and ensuring all new releases / customer products are a given utmost priority
o Overall understand the process and ensure responsibility is accepted by the admin member carrying
out the task. On-going checking methods of their input needs to be undertaken
o Updating knowledge base. Develop flow charts of how the data processes through the company

Working with the Project Manager on Roadmap
o Setting realistic dates for all tasks
o Developing briefs and data structures for new datasets
o Ensuring the testing of development tasks is implemented in a timely fashion
o Setting the strategic direction of new datasets and developing long term goals

Tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting

Attending Customer meetings as needed as a support

Monitoring the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives and ways to stay ahead

Qualifications

Degree educated or equivalent, ideally in a technical field.

Good understanding of databases

Excellent MS Excel, including Macros

Knowledge of MYSQL

People management experience
