This role represents an excellent opportunity to work for a publisher in their search for an ecommerce lead / product manager / sales analyst. This is a mid-level role supporting the commercial team with everything digital retail working for a publisher in the indie game space. It is hybrid and requires working in London 1-2 times a week and pays circa 50K per annum plus benefits and bonuses. There may be some negotiation available on the salary.
The Ecommerce Lead will own and deliver promotional strategies across digital storefronts and distribution channels, including Steam, first parties and direct-to-customer platforms and will drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance across the lifecycle of product.
Reporting to the Commercial Director;
• Manage planning, setup, execution, and optimisation of promotional calendars across all digital platforms and distribution channels to maximise revenue, engagement, and profitability.
• Support the development and maintenance of pricing and monetisation frameworks, and the creation of global price books, reflecting the company's wider commercial strategy and objectives.
• Communicate catalogue updates, promotional campaigns, and key commercial initiatives.
• Monitor and report on KPI's for marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
• Support the planning and execution of direct-to-consumer campaigns to drive customer awareness, engagement, retention and revenue growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of campaigns, promotions, and commercial priorities.
• Report on post-campaign reviews, and performance updates.
Required experience;
• 3+ years in a games business (retail or publisher) directly working on campaigns for digital games and services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting audience-related data including traffic, sales and conversion data to drive informed decision-making.
• Experience managing promotional calendars, campaign execution processes, and cross-functional project coordination.
• Experience supporting pricing, monetisation, and promotional strategies.
• Experience working with external partners, such as game publishers and vendors.
• Very high attention to detail and data input accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
